A former athlete, Jason started strength training to improve performance on the basketball court. His interest in exercise led to a personal training certification in 2004. Over the course of his career he has worked with people from all walks of life, including athletes in organized and recreational sports, seniors, and individuals with medical conditions, including MS, diabetes and Parkinson’s. A big advocate for using exercise and strength training to improve quality of life, Jason’s approach can be summarized in a few words – Life is better when you train.
