Our goal oriented approach to personal training will leave you fit, stronger, and satisfied. Everything we do has a purpose: getting you the results you want. Through assessment, individualized programming, education, and ongoing coaching and support, we help our clients reach their goals.
We specialize in 1 on 1 and small group (up to 3 people) personal training from our private facility in downtown Madison, New Jersey. Programs include resistance training, with stretching, interval training, circuit training, aerobic and other types of exercise added where necessary.

Program Design: If you have experience in the gym but want to learn something new, travel often, want the accountability that comes with having a personal trainer, or just need a break from writing your own workouts, then this service is for you. Your program receives the same individual focus and attention to detail that’s given to clients who come to the gym. Train at your own pace and on your schedule, but with the guidance of an experienced professional!
